Why Our Installs Start With a Tape Measure
Most houses in West Los Angeles, Rancho Park and Cheviot Hills were built for a furnace and nothing else. Air conditioning came later, often sized to fit the closet instead of the rooms. Install day runs in a set order: cover the floors, take out the old equipment, set and connect the new system, charge it and record start-up readings. We meet the inspector for the final and show you the thermostat and filter. We repair and tune up systems too, most often the ones we installed.
